How It Works 

A clear, five‑step process so you know exactly what to expect: 

1. Inquiry & Brief  

Fill out the Project Inquiry Form with your project type (album cover, product imaging, apparel, thumbnail, etc.), references, and any budget guidelines.  

2. Consultation & Clarification 

We’ll discuss your needs by email or quick call to refine scope and answer questions. 

3. Customized Proposal 

Within 24 hours you’ll receive a detailed quote, deliverables list, and delivery schedule.   

4. Design & Feedback 

I deliver initial concepts for your review. You provide feedback, and I refine until it’s exactly right. 

4. Final Delivery & Handover 

You receive all final files—high‑resolution, print‑ready or digital‑optimized—with usage guidelines and an invoice. 

Payment & Terms    

Transparent billing to keep things simple:  

Deposit : 50 % retainer due before work begins. 

Final Payment  : Balance due on delivery of approved assets. 

Payment Methods  : PayPal, bank transfer or credit card using Remitly.

Additional Services  

Beyond covers and digital imaging, I also offer: 

• Product & Packaging Mockups  (pouches, boxes, labels, etc)

• Apparel & Merch Design   (tees, hoodies, promotional items, etc)

• YouTube Thumbnails & Social Assets   (banners, posts , etc)

• Digital Imaging & Retouching   (editorial‑quality composites, etc)

Any of these can be added to your custom quote.

Revision Policy & Guarantee   

Every project includes up to 2 rounds of revisions. Need more? Additional fine‑tuning is available at an agreed hourly rate or fixed rate. My goal is your complete satisfaction.
